1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between One Hamsa Merch Hub (hereinafter: "the Business") and users of the website (hereinafter: "the Customer" or "the User").
1.2. Use of the website and/or making a purchase signifies the User’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Business reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time as necessary.
2. Product Delivery Policy
2.1. Products will be delivered to the address provided during the purchase process, based on the shipping details entered by the Customer.
2.2. Delivery time is up to 40 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, unless otherwise stated.
2.3. The Business is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond its control.
2.4. The shipping cost will be detailed at checkout and added to the product price unless free shipping is stated.
2.5. In case of an unusual delay in delivery, the Business will inform the Customer, who will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Business Responsibility
3.1. The Business is committed to delivering high-quality products in accordance with their descriptions on the website.
3.2. If a product is found to be defective, the Customer must contact the Business within 14 days of receipt and provide details of the defect. The Business will examine the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as per applicable laws.
3.3. The Business shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from product use, including bodily injury or property damage, except in cases of proven negligence by the Business.
3.4. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and minor differences may exist between the images and the actual product.
4. Order Cancellation and Returns
4.1. Order cancellations and returns are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
4.2. Customers may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used, is undamaged, and is returned in its original packaging.
4.3. If an order is canceled for reasons other than a product defect, the Customer will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping fees and a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), as per legal regulations.
4.4. If an order is canceled due to a defective product or non-compliance with the order, the Customer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, after returning the product.
4.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1. The Business is committed to protecting Customer privacy in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

5.3. The Business will not share Customer personal data with third parties, except as required by law or for product delivery purposes (e.g., shipping companies).

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.2. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute related to these Terms shall be the competent courts in the district of Tel Aviv Greater Area.
